🚨 Are your workouts a priority or an afterthought?


I teach my clients to schedule their workouts like any other important appointment—and the only acceptable reason to cancel is a true life-or-death situation. 💪


But I’ll be real with you… I let work creep in and push my workouts aside. This week, I took my own advice, reprioritized, and got back on track.
