Whatâs your game plan for tomorrow?
Hey guys! đđŚ
Whatâs your game plan for tomorrow?
I want you to enjoy Thanksgiving. The goal is not perfection â itâs intention. Holidays donât derail progress⌠going into them with an âall or nothingâ mindset does.
And remember: Thanksgiving is a day, not a weekend.
One day of enjoying food with intention will not undo your progress â but letting it turn into 3â4 days of âscrew itâ absolutely can. Thatâs why having a plan matters.
So tonight, I want you to decide:
Are you aiming to just hit calories for the day?
Or hit protein + calories and let carbs/fats be a bit more flexible?
Or have one intentional meal where you really enjoy yourself and keep the rest of the day simple and on track?
Thereâs no ârightâ choice â but there is a better mindset:
đ You are in control.
đ One day wonât make or break your progress.
đ A plan keeps you from swinging between restriction and âscrew it.â
Why having a plan matters:
It reduces guilt and food anxiety
It helps you stay present with your family instead of stressing about every bite
It keeps you aligned with your long-term goals while still enjoying the moment
It stops the one-day holiday from turning into a long weekend setback
So tell me â whatâs your plan for tomorrow?

1ď¸âŁÂ Calories only
2ď¸âŁÂ Protein + calories
3ď¸âŁÂ One intentional meal and keep the rest simple
Proud of you for thinking ahead instead of checking out. This is how we build a lifestyle â not another start-over-Monday cycle. đŞâ¨
