Your Morning Strength Routine — Why Each Ingredient Matters
At APF, we don’t just give you a routine — we teach you why it works.
The APF Morning Mix
Add to 12–16 oz water:
3–5 g creatine (Promix recommended)
Greens powder
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Sprinkle of cinnamon
Electrolytes (with sodium)
Why each ingredient is included
Creatine
Supports strength, muscle tone, brain function, and recovery. Creatine helps your muscles produce energy during training and supports long-term muscle and metabolic health — especially important as we age and hormones shift.
Electrolytes (Sodium)
Creatine uses a sodium-dependent transport system to enter muscle cells. Sodium helps improve creatine uptake, supports hydration, and helps maintain energy — especially if you sweat, train, or use sauna.
Greens Powder
Provides micronutrients and phytonutrients that support overall health, digestion, and recovery. It helps fill nutritional gaps and supports daily consistency.
Lemon Juice
Supports hydration, digestion, and mineral balance. It also helps make the drink more palatable so it becomes an easy daily habit.
Apple Cider Vinegar
Supports blood sugar regulation and digestion. This can help improve metabolic health and steady energy throughout the morning.
Cinnamon
Supports insulin sensitivity and blood sugar stability, which helps create a more favorable environment for nutrient utilization.
Why we use this at APF
This routine supports hydration, muscle health, metabolism, and daily consistency — key foundations for strength, fat loss, hormone support, and long-term wellness.
We focus on simple habits done consistently because that’s what creates real results.
