Client of the Month Spotlight – DENA!

We love celebrating the people who make APF more than just a gym — and this month, Dena was voted Client of the Month by her PEERS. That makes it extra special.

When asked why they nominated her, her classmates said it best:

“Whenever I come into the gym and see Dena in class, she immediately greets you and asks about YOU. The way she makes sure her form is spot on is such a positive force for me. She also continues to increase her reps or her weight, and watching her progress makes me want to challenge myself.”

That is exactly what the APF community is all about.

Dena brings encouragement, consistency, and a quiet determination into every session. She shows up ready to work, ready to improve, and ready to lift others up along the way. Her commitment to great form and continual progress sets the tone in the room and inspires everyone around her to raise their own standards.
