✨️¾ cup roasted sweet potatoes (or brown rice/quinoa)
✨️1 cup roasted or steamed veggies (broccoli, green beans, or Brussels)
✨️1 tsp olive oil (for roasting or drizzle)
✨️Season with garlic, pepper, rosemary or everything seasoning.
